Facility Roster

Register every member of your team using the electronic form below by March 22nd. By signing up your participants, YOU are confirming responsibility that your participants have been electronically registered on the Participant Registration page or that you have signed paper registration forms and will bring on the day of the event for event organizers. If you feel maintaining a PAPER facility roster would be beneficial to keep record of your participants, one is available to download and print at the bottom of this page. Please note, you would still be asked to electronically sign up your team even if you use a paper form to keep track.
