Participant Registration

This page functions one of two ways:

1. Have your participants register for the event electronically using the form built in on the left side of this page.

OR

2. Print out the "Participant Registration and Assumption of Risk" form on the right side of the page for your participants to complete. Please retain these signed forms and bring to the event. These will be required for any person to participate in the games. Extra copies will be available on the day of the event at registration.

By March 22nd, please head over to the Facility Roster page to submit your team's full and complete roster of participants that will be attending the games.
